1 - Field of application
1.1. These sales conditions apply:

3 - Deliveries and Shipping Costs

3.2. The COMPANYrespects the deadlines of an order as long as there is stock availability.
In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in stock, the COMPANYwill contact the customer by email or by phone within 15 days from the date of order, the COMPANYwill make its best efforts to deliver the products and/or services on time, but will not be held liable in case of delay for any reason.

6 - Purchase Resolution
6.1. The customer has a maximum period of 14 days to freely resolve the purchase agreement entered into with the COMPANY.
